~ The Dining Room ~
At Hôtel St. Germain, guests dine by candlelight in the intimate old world ambiance of our romantic grand Dining Room overlooking an ivy colored New Orleans style garden courtyard.

In addition to including the restaurant in its' Top Ten area restaurants, Gourmet Magazine awarded it the designation of "Most Romantic Restaurant."  DFW Lifestyle Magazine called it, "the ultimate dining experience."

Wines from our extensive cellar are served in glittering antique crystal and meals are served on the proprietor's collection of antique Limoges china.

Our sumptuous multi-course, gourmet dinner changes regularly.  Dinner is prix fixed at $85 per person and is available Tuesday through Saturday evenings.  Reservations are required in advance.  Jacket attire is required and tie is optional for gentlemen.

~ The Champagne Bar ~
Hôtel St. Germain offers a Parisian-style champagne bar in the romantic candlelit intimacy of the 19th century parlor.  Order from a special menu of fois gras, canapés, and caviar before the concert or after the theatre.  A large selection of champagne is available by the bottle and the glass.  Available Tuesday through Saturday six until eleven in the evening. Reservations are required in advance.
